No immediate safety risk. Your car PASSES its MOT, and the item is recorded as an advisory on your certificate.
May affect safety or the environment. Vehicle FAILS. Must be repaired before re-testing within 10 working days.
Direct and immediate safety risk. Vehicle FAILS and must not be driven on public roads until fully rectified.
